"When my wife says buy it, I don't question her. No matter where I looked, AscendTech had the lowest price on the Dell U2412M monitor. Free shipping is icing on the cake. It should have been as easy as entering the order and payment details on their website and the monitor shipping. Well after two days of back and forth with Ascend tech running my card, getting the transaction approved, Ascend Tech refused to accept the funds and would not ship my monitor. I've decided to buy it elsewhere. I can't believe they could not process my transaction despite getting authorization twice. I will not be trying to buy from them again. The ordering process is needlessly complicated and the customer service is not good enough to bother with them again."
