"This was my first interaction with Asendtech.com. Their search engine, information, and pricing, and ordering process are all very good. Not to mentions free shipping. My only complaint (just ordered so cannot review the shipping and product yet) is that there is no indication if the product is in stock, or when it might ship. As other sites for this product were typically showing 3-4 weeks, this was important to me. After calling the order hotline and waiting for >30 minutes (no answer), I emailed customer support for availability of this product. I received an email reply within 1.5 hrs stating that it was in stock and would ship within 2 days (from Ohio, USA). If they indeed meet my anticipated arrival date (within about a week), and the product is as described, I will be a forever customer.

Adding stock/availability/shipping date(and from where) information would be a huge asset to customers. "
