"I recently returned a motherboard that I bought through ascendtech. The motherboard was bad and it didn't come with a rear IO shield. Upon returning both, my refund was docked the original shipping cost, plus a restock fee for the IO shield that should have been included with the original purchase in the first place. Between that and the return shipping that I paid I am now out ~$25. This is the absolute WORST return policy and practice I have experienced. Even Dell does not treat their customers like this, and until this transaction, I was thoroughly convinced that Dell had the worst customer support policies, and that no one could possibly beat them. ascendtech sucks more than Dell"
