"They enticed me with their deceptive advertising to purchase some software from them on ebay. They knowingly advertised a rebate for this software which they knew was not valid if the item was purchased on ebay. Then they try to hide behind a disclaimer. If they knew it was not valid then it should not even be mentioned in the advertsing. Clearly a deceptive and arrogant company. I rated them negative on ebay and they childishly gave me a revengeful negative feedback despite their side of the deal going just fine. This is the type of people you are dealing with at this company. Shame on them.
It doesn't surprise me to read another reviewer's comment (see below) that they were selling stolen merchadise.

"Don't buy from Asena Shop to say a few bucks. Return policy is much more stringent than standard industry practice. Made a mistake and order the wrong year TurboTax. I never opened the software but Asena won't except for return. Be smart, pay a couple of more bucks and go to Amazon or other which allow the return of unopened softeware within 30 days."

"I placed an order, and received only an email saying my order was "being processed" and that "your card won't be charged until we ship your item". Well guess what, they charged my card immediately, and then never shipped anything, or ever notified me of having shipped anything. After 10 days of waiting I sent an email asking them what was my order status. After another 3 days I told them I wanted to cancel my order. Neither email ever received a reply. "I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 201 wrist-mounted GPS training device for my wife's birthday. The product arrived in less than new condition. Through the clear plastic front cover it was easy to see that the protective plastic was not attached to the screen, there was a small nick in the glass/plastic covering the LCD display, and the wristband has off-color marks in the Garmin lettering that look as though it is a used model. In addition, there's a white plastic label that has apparently peeled away from the internal packing material as though it was added as an afterthought.
I called Asena Corp to get a replacement item and the woman I spoke with on the phone told me that her boss is in a meeting. It's the same thing every time you call them, the boss is in a meeting.
After questioning their customer service rep, I've found out that the person at x105 is the CEO of the company, he is "in meetings" all the time, and is not actually around to answer calls. She took my name and number and said she will have him call me back. I'm not expecting much.
Infact, I informed the customer service rep of my intent to file a dispute of charges form when it arrives in 4 days unless this matter is resolved, her comment was "then I recommend you do that".
Fortunately, I'm smart enough to have witnesses to my opening packages from companies I'm not sure about and take pictures of the damage immediately on opening the item.
So, my wife's birthday wasn't a total loss only because I was able to get her something other than the Garmin at a local store.
Now, I'm just left with trying to get a replacement from this teeny company that as of yet has shown no regard for its customers.
Please, there are plenty of other places on the net to buy from so don't do what I did and try to save an extra $8 by buying from Asena Corp. You'll save yourself a huge amount of headaches in the end."
