I purchased my Neo Ventilator II for my Hammond C3 from a different company and incorrectly assumed that the Ventilator II was purchased new and set with factory settings. I wasn't aware that someone modified the internal Switch Modes settings on the Ventilator, as described in the Ventilator II Manual on page 28. The Vent was set to mode 3 instead of the default Mode 1 (122 Style). Once I made the quick change, I was elated to hear the immediate satisfying results.
