"I purchased a watch. I’d been checking the mailbox to see if it had arrived for over a week and then left for vacation. Nowhere did it say the post would be coming UPS and I must be there to sign for it. Also, letting my know it’s coming ups would be super helpful as we all know of the ups spam emails that’s out there. Now I have to pay for the freight if it being shipped to me and then returned. Can’t see myself repurchasing do to this ridiculous charge and lack of communication. "

"Recently discovered Ashford, and they have a great selection and super reasonable costs. The watch shipped with a warranty card filled out, and was well packaged. It also shipped within reasonable time and arrived quickly. Just found it odd that a signature was required, yet I wasn’t allowed to re-route the package to a UPS location for pickup - it would have been nice if I could pickup the item so I didn’t have to plan on being home the whole evening.
