"the site is slow and freezes up and the way the discount codes pop up is odd and confusing. different ones came up and said they would be applied at checkout which seemed like i was going to get multiple discounts automatically on my order. this did not happen and i had to go through the process twice to figure out that the codes had been put on my browser clipboard and only one would work. they should have sent them to my email like they did in the past and been clear about how much would go towards my order. the clipboard thing is new and silly, other sites automatically put the discounts in during checkout Update-- i ordered two pairs of Prada sunglasses which were supposed to be polarized, but one style was not polarized and when i went back to the site to check ashford did not have the non polarized version of the glasses listed which was the same as when i ordered. only the polarized glasses in the style and color that i purchased were on the site which means they are promoting polarized lenses (which are better quality) but they are actually selling/shipping non polarized sunglasses. this seems shady and sneaky, at best it is unprofessional and incompetent. i no longer trust this website and do not want to deal with their return process. the glasses are authentic Prada and fit my head so i will keep them"
