I reached out to the company and they forward instructions on return. Let me say this... they do not make it easy to return. I've ordered from companies like this in the past so I felt compelled to take pictures and record me packaging, prior to sending back. I did not want to chance inspector stating that there was an issue with returned product. Also, you have to pay for returns and the company requires you to purchase insurance, extra $18 (from where I live) out of my pocket. The glasses was as advertisted, but moving forward I will go back to purchasing my glasses from Nordstorms or Saks. Companys like this nickel and dime. "
