"Don’t waste your time! Terrible customer service and they do not stand by their product. They picked up my defective foundation and 3 months later I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve spent over 3 hrs on the phone throughout this buy and I’m washing my hands...-$100, but I’m done, and I’m not going to put any more time into this company."
"Have made several purchases from this store in the past but will never be back again. We purchased a leather reclining loveseat from the Wichita Falls store and upon delivery, we found that it had several slashes through the leather on the back of the item and sent it back. Apparently they do not inspect before loading up for delivery? So we waited a couple more weeks for the replacement only to find that it was damaged as well ( see pic attached) We kept it this time with the assurance from the deliveryman that it would be repaired in our home. Frustrated, we agreed which was a mistake. They did send a store employee to our home a month later who looked at the damage, again assured us it would be repaired and yet months later, here we are waiting for the repair. We initially contacted customer service as well as the salesman in the store and complained but only received lip service. We will not be back and we will make sure that all our friends and neighbors don't make that mistake as well. Live and learn...

"The delivery was awful. The store brought me all piece broken on Thursday and today is Tuesday and I'm still waiting for my replacement or they come and fix everythings. I do not recommend it to anyone. The game of bedroom cost me more than 3000 dollars and the everything came broken. It is the las time that I buy there."
"I purchased a pub set, table and two recliners. I had a split delivery, one for the 21st and one for Friday the 28th. I confirmed the first delivery by the text message and phone call. I expected the same for the 28th. Did not call or get a text, so I called, they said my order was on hold because they couldn't get in touch with me. HUH, uh no. So they say, the soonest I can get these chairs to you is Saturday around 2:45. Ok, it is confirmed. Saturday morning I get a robo call that they cannot deliver until Sunday. This old lady came unglued. I called customer service and the saleslady. They arranged for a third party to go pick up my chairs and deliver them btwn 8-9 pm. I get a call the third party delivery person went to the warehouse but never picked up the chairs, he left them. So now it is tomorrow and again we have to put our plans off and wait for the chairs. Ashley you have lost my business. The saleslady was wonderful and if the company stands behind the screw ups in delivery, you leave much to be desired. "
"ZERO STARS...........I purchased an entire master bedroom full of furniture plus an overstuffed reclining chair on the 24th of November. Items listed a delivery date of December 26th, a full month after purchase. Cleaned out all of my old furniture, had it picked up and was ready for delivery on Monday morning. Friday the 23rd I get the call, your items are on back order.....My response was that was a month ago. You're supposed to be calling me with delivery times today for Monday. Back ordered another month. Ruben said he get back to me regarding the ASAP delivery on the 26th of December. Heard nothing by the 3rd January. I called twice that day, took him 5 hours to get back to me, he said it was a long conference call. Said he dropped the ball in calling me, said he was sorry....seemed genuine. However, items still not in stock and in fact some have been pushed further out now. 70 + days for furniture, that is paid for. I have not had my price reduced beyond what they offered sale wise. I still have delivery charges. No compensation what's so ever for their continuous delays. They have my money and the furniture. This is just my story.........today I'm furniture shopping in hopes of finding another set I like as much if not better.....I'll take my receipts with me (I'm sure someone will want to beat their price for my business) then I'll cancel my order with Ashley furniture. Ashley furniture is not going to stay in business if they continue to have customer service like this. So sad, tried to do business in my home area."
"Don't buy anything ins Ashley. All their products quality is poor and even my friends has the same bad experience. I bought a recliner worth of $699 and with in 6 months I could see the leather pealed off slowly. When I talk to their customer service and store, their response is too worst. I don't even give 1 out of 5."
"I recently purchased a table & chair set from Ashley Furniture. The items are great, the delivery was on time, and the delivery guys ere great. My problem is with their company policy, and is the reason I will not purchase from them again (even though I have an entire inherited home to furnish). My experience with retailers, on many occasions, has been that you always get the adjusted price! After your purchase, if the price reduces, you get the new price. In this case, the price adjusted within a week of my purchase, and my request for a reduction was denied. I could have returned the items, and then repurchased them at the lower price. I chose to take the loss as the items were in perfect condition. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
