Repeatedly failed to refund my money for returned shoes

"I bought 2 pairs of running shoes but since they were too small, I returned them. They confirmed receipt of the return on 7/3/2019 and stated that I would receive a refund in 5-7 days.

3 weeks later, no refund. I emailed them through their contact link a couple of times but response. I called and was told that they they could not explain the delay but that I would get a refund in 5-7 days.

A week later, I got an email saying that they had received my return August 3rd, a full month after they had confirmed receipt of the return.

Today I called again and was told that the return had not been processed but that they would do it now and I will get my refund in.......... 5-7 days.
