"Once a customer with this outfit, recently Order a laptop. The charges/taxes are different amount than they are supposed to be for my location. Contacts right away by raising trouble ticket on their website. No response for a several days, not even acknowledgement.
Called and escalated the issue. No, response even after 3 days after escalated. Called again, and opened another ticket by Customer service rep.
Customer service rep says its customer service issue, he can't help!! Thats why I called customer service isn't it? He can't put me to supervisor either. Both customer service reps can't resolve the issue, neither can put me in touch with supervisor or can call me back with resolutions. Not even an email.
I can't even believe outfit like this is even legal. When I saw BBB it says A+, but when I read the all the complaints, hardly any of those are resolved, simply closed off without any resolution to customer and not even want to arbitration with BBB. So, how is that rating is provided? Looks like all scam. I used to trust this website, now I say avoid this seller at all costs."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordéred through the Walmart app not knowing my PS5 was coming from a third party facility. The package kept trying to be delivered while I was at work ! I called FedEx and Walmart trying to get them to hold my package for me every day for 5 days , they said there was restrictions from the shipper. they said they couldn't hold my package for me. So they kept trying to deliver it at times when I could not be at home. When I located who the shipper was , which was Atlanta network technologies, the person I spoke to told me that it is their policy to have the package signed for at the address on the order. They told me I would not be able to change anything about the order unless I completed a full refund . On the day I was home nothing was delivered. The package was shipped back to this place. I am just so upset that I could not change any delivery methods to my order to prevent my package from being lost. The customer service agent was rude and had no compassion for the situation. My finances birthday is next week and I don't know if I will have time to find another one. I should have been able to tell FedEx to hold my package so I could pick it up. But they refused me that right. This whole experience has been a complete nightmare. Your policies around shipping and delivery are so inconsiderate and inconvenient. What a waste of time "
