I ordered a laptop from them through Newegg and was not given a shipping option. When I got a tracking number I saw that it was going to require a signature but I am at work during the day so I wouldn't be there to sign for it. I contacted UPS and Newegg and they both told me that I would have to work with Antonline to get the package.

I contacted Antonline and asked them to either change the address to my work address or leave it at a UPS location so I could pick it up. The rep told me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) change it even though UPS told me that only the sending party had the authority to change a shipment. I went back and forth with all parties several times and eventually the Antonline rep told me to just let it get returned and then order it again to a new address. Because I wasn’t home to sign for the package, it automatically got returned they charged me $110 as a restock fee even though their restock policy is that you would get charged if you "refused" a package. Which I didn't! I wanted the package but the Antonline rep purposefully told me they wouldn’t change the shipping address so it would get returned.

I've contacted them numerous times and no one is getting back to me. Newegg is refusing to help me as well. This is unethical at the very least and possibly illegal! They basically shipped a package so no one could receive it and then refused to help so they could collect $110 from me for nothing. Please spare yourself the pain!

"I was so surprised to be able to get an Xbox Series S when they are sold out everywhere else. The console works beautifully and everything was in perfect condition. The package came with an extra controller and headset.
The only issue (which has nothing to do with the seller at all) is that Xbox has apparently done some sort of upgrade which is causes issues with the consoles reading external hard drive. This new console would not recognize the drive (it was brand new) unless I did several specific steps of powering off, powering on, plugging the HDD in, and then not touching it.
However, when I purchased another new drive off of Amazon marked as "official Xbox" from the same manufacturer, it worked flawlessly.
Clearly a patch of some sort is needed but they won't be in a big hurry as it will drive sales towards that partiular HDD.
