"Ordered Large quantity of bulbs, 50% failure rate in the first year (5 year warranty) The manufacturer told me to claim through Atlanta light bulbs, after 6 months of getting the "run around" with Atlanta light bulbs , I never received a penny or any replacements from them. I contacted the manufacturer again who sent replacements. (I was told by Atlanta light bulbs that there were no replacements available??) Grateful to the manufacturer, but I will NEVER BUY FROM ATLANTA LIGHT BULBS again!!! Horrible to deal with after the sale.
Follow up: Just received a check from them for 4 bulbs dated 2 months prior...IT BOUNCED !!!! USELESS COMPANY

"Placed an order on some compact fluorescent bulbs which were suppose to be shipped out the following week, no tracking number emailed to me , after 2 weeks sent them email regarding shipment , the said they were out of stock? They were contacting mfg. and would ship out when they received them.3 weeks later I send email, they received order but the bulbs I ordered were damaged in transit and had to reorder, did they just order the amt. I requested? They now say " lead time" is another week,cancelled order apparently they don't have a clue on customer service for a new customer."

He was highly knowledgeable and surprised me with the speed he located the IG13-20EL ballast. I loved his concern so much, that I exceeded my purchase for 4- ballast and 10 -2700 K bulbs. He was able to process me quickly, and they are now on their way. "I ordered small specialty bulbs for 2 Himalayan salt lamps. Previously, the bulbs arrived individually packaged. In this order, all 10 bulbs arrived loose in a zippered bag. The zippered bag was placed in the shipping box with one piece of bubble wrap. Guess what happened in transit and how they arrived?! Now, the unbroken bulbs must be fished out of a zippered bag filled with broken glass to see if they're usable.
