"I spoke with Tucker in our chat below and afterwards he called me on my personal cell phone and as soon as I said hello he started screaming at me, told me I didn't deserve any help and then said F Off and FU! I had him on speaker phone and my whole office heard the conversation. As you can see from the chat below he did not help me at all, refused to answer my questions and yelled at me for something I didn't even ask about.
I asked him a question and he didn't respond for over 20 minutes. I finally said I would be reporting this to his manager and he immediately responded to me. It is obvious in our chat below that he is vindictive, angry and an absolute nightmare of a custom service representative, he goes out of his way to not help people and to waste their time. I emailed support twice about his behavior and never heard back so I will just warn everyone about the service you really receive from Atlantic discount store. Its unbelievable that they allow people like this to represent their company., I have spoke with Tucker on 2 occasions and both times were horrific, if he speaks to one customer that way how does he speak with the rest!
