"The best way to describe it is as difficult and time consuming. If you have dealt with other online stores, you will find this experience nothing like it. There customer service is very mediocre. Getting the actual software key seems to be an issue. I am up to email number 4 requesting it, still nothing. Oh and don't bother calling, it goes to voice mail and no one bothers to call you back.
In my opinion, it's not worth the cheap price to deal with the BS. Pay a little more from a reputable supplier and avoid all the headaches.
Update
I was just called a "F**ing Moron" by their customer support person, who told me they don't want me as a customer. He refused to let me speak to his boss and canceled my order because they don’t want me as a customer. He also told me that he would be contacting Reseller Ratings and have my review removed. Now I understand why they have so many good reviews, they just have any negative ones removed.
After the aforementioned call he called me back 6 times (twice on my office line and 4 times on my cellphone), each time continuing his tirade against me. He then started to send me text messages, one of them threatening my company’s Google search engine results (I made the mistake of calling Atlantic on my office phone, I had no idea I was dealing with a unhinged individual with anger management issues).
I encourage you not to buy this company. I am actually concerned that this person will try to do physical harm to me, he is so out of control. Any company that employees someone like this and does not protect their customers from him is not someone that you want to do business with.

The response of the company is actually amusing, I am not part of any company that competes with them, I work for a $14 Billion Global Automotive supplier. ResellerRatings.com emailed me no less than 5 times verifying every item in my review including me providing them with screenshots of the threating text messages, multiple harassing phone calls to me, as well as documentation of my order and payment.
This retailer continues to prove my point; lying about my status as a consumer and twisting the facts of the sale.
If they had put just a portion of the effort they have in trying to silence me in to actually providing good service to me this would not be an issue. Just one more example as to why you should steer clear of this organization.

“Please Note that this review is not legitimate and was placed by an associate of one of our competitors.
How our system works is, all initial orders are first verified over the phone by a sales agent to ensure that the order is authentic and that the cardholder is aware of the order being placed. From here when then issue the license key into the customer's account to finalize the order. This then gives the customer the license key as well as the download media that comes seconds after the order is placed. The agent then informs the customer of where to go to find this license key, and who to contact if they have any questions about getting the product installed or activated. We have 3 forms of communication all of our customers can use. Email, phone and Live chat through the website. So every customer who places an order and confirms it over the phone to us, receives the license key and electronic media for their item to complete the sale.
This customer was phone verified and spoke to one of our sales agents who confirmed the order. This customer never contacted us through any of the 3 methods of customer support that we have available. We received an email the morning after this review was posted, who said that they never received what they ordered and they were disputing the transaction. One of our customer service reps contacted this customer to resolve the issue. The customer then went on to use profanity and spoke with very vulgar and foul language to our customer service rep. He then said that he didn't care about even accessing the license key, all he wanted to do was dispute the transaction. We did provide this customer with a full refund and cancelled his order.
After doing our own research, we found that this was actually an associate of one of our competitors. It seems this was a fake customer setup as a "test buyer" to simply access our product for competitive analysis purposes, to access our product so our competitor can turn around and attempt to resell it, or the most likely reason would be to dispute the transaction with the bank, to potentially penalize our company.
This review should be stricken from record as there was full resolution made to the customer, and the customer was not even a legitimate customer or order to begin with. If you notice many revisions have been made to this complaint.
The item was delivered on time and in full. The customer was simply creating problems to harm our company's public image to benefit our competition.
