"I tried to get assistance from these people and when I said I was frustrated with how the process was going, Dutch the customer service representative, took offense to it. I misunderstood a step in the process and readily admitted that I made a mistake. That, however, was not good enough for this unkind and impatient ****. He actually said how could I be frustrated with them when I was the one who had made the mistake. Well, that's a fine question, my response was that I had made a mistake because I didn't understand what was being asked. For context, I was partitioning a mac book pro to do a clean install of Windows 10 on that partition, and the first question was are you installing it on a mac or pc? I selected a PC because... well that was the mistake. I got confused with the Quickbooks versus Windows both of which I was trying to install today. Anyway, this guy made me feel like an idiot- which in fairness may be accurate and then he said he was going to just refund my money and that I could try someone else's customer service. not I can understand or you should have done x, nope just here's your money back. All this after I admitted that I misunderstood that step. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of other software resellers that are not this big of a freaking ****. Stay away they are horrible people- good prices but you cant make a good deal with a bad guy. These are bad guys!"
