"I had very good service from them, called before car was ready, got upgraded because the car I did reserved was accidented. The person who served me even took the time to explain well the right location where they were at the airport.

The only bad point with atlas choice is that it is very difficult to change the car if you find a better price that is why i am always taking the cancellation fee and the service over the phone is not bad but really really bad, it is as if nobody would like to help you..........."

" This was my first time using Atlas and I greatly enjoyed how easy it was to book my reservation. At least a great job. However, you need to remove Ace rent a car from your approved list of vendors or they will continue to cost you valued customers.

I consider myself to be a reasonable person but when they hand you the keys to a car that hasn't been washed, vacuumed, or had the trash removed that is unacceptable. When you are told you have to wait an additional 45 minutes for a clean car after having just waited hour in line, that is unacceptable.

When you're charged an additional $25 above your prepaid amount just because you're a Florida resident, that is unacceptable.

When you show the quoted price on the print out to the manager and the manager says "take it or leave it" that is unacceptable.

I do not like writing negative reviews because I am a positive person but if you want to know the truth of my experience, now you know.

I would like to use Atlas again in the future but I will be very disappointed if I have to go back to Ace again and it will be the last time I use atlas.

"Used Atlaschoice for the first time on the recommendation of a family member. Was the best price I could find, even comparing sites like Hotwire. Online booking process was straightforward (as most are these days). Rental ended up being through Avis and all was in order when we arrived at the counter to pick up the car (didn't actually need to show them the "voucher" that Atlaschoice reminds you multiple times to print, sign, and bring with you).
