"I loved the physical store I went to so much that I signed up for promos and, upon getting my first discount code, immediately found awesome products on their site to buy. I was informed items would take 1-2 business days to ship. No problem.
Explain to me why I've received two (*edit 8/13/23--now THREE!) tracking numbers from UPS for this seller in four days, only one shipping confirmation from AS with one tracking number, and yet, four days later, my parcel (parcels? Whotf knows) hasn't even been prepared for UPS to pick up. Apparently they printed a few shipping labels to give me false hope that "1-2 business days" would be adhered to when, in fact, my stuff isn't even in a box yet. Now, every morning I'm receiving two (edit: now three!) automated emails from UPS telling me that they're sorry but they haven't even received my parcels yet, therefore they have no idea when or if they'll arrive.
Not cool. **IF** this turns out to be a UPS issue and I receive two (edit: three!) parcels whose tracking info eventually updates to state that they took possession of the items the day I received each tracking number email, I will delete this review. Until then, this is BS and not cool at all."
"I love shopping here and think everything Is very cute. Everytime I buy something though they never give me a receipt. I didn’t really care because I like what I’m buying but my mom was looking for a gift for me because she knows I shop here and got two stuffed animals confused and bought the wrong one. She called to see if she could return it and they said without a receipt she couldn’t. It hasent even been 24 hours and they didn’t even give her a receipt how lame is that?"
"If you return a product to them, forget about receiving a refund or credit from them. They will stop responding to you after you courier it to them.

It does look like our automated shipping emails are only including the first tracking number, even when there are multiple shipments.
