"Found my item (DVD-ROM drive) at a decent price. However, when I logged in to update my account information, I found two other items that I had "won" that I never bid on! I have zero confidence in their system. "
"the site is a rip... there will be constantly ppl bumppin up the price.... and when no one bid on a product, they bump it up to a almost outrages price"
"i purchased a dvd-rom from them...and they failed to mention that i this device is not compatible with ati video cards or all video card that have a video-out option (to see your dvd into a television)
The told me i should of assumed that it was not compatible and charged me 30% re-stocking fee...
I suspect that there is fraud or misrepresentation from this company...because i have been ewatching counting and observing the listed items and day after day..they usually fetch the same price for their items all the time even when people buy and sell stuff from ebay there is a price variation..it happens very rarely at auction4it.com i think they manipulate their bidding...we are not able to get any info on the people who bit just a username....wow..that' s the best way for a company to raise prices for their items and having people think it's just a regular person (username) bidding on that item..."
"1. I purchased a video card that was supposed to work in my system (it didn't). So I sent it back for RMA - they said it tested out fine and were going to send it back... I'm still waiting for them to return it.
2. Delivery time is VERY slow. I waited 1.5 weeks for a delivery that was supposed to take 2 days. I did receive the item, and was satisfied - but I made the mistake of purchasing from them again... only this time for pickup. I had to wait a week to pickup a box from their warehouse that's WALKING distance from my home.
Caution to potential buyers: Don't buy from them. They take way too long and they take a LONG time to answer any e-mails from you.
Recommendation to AUCTION4IT: Pay attention to the consumers' demands. The customers are always right (even when they're wrong). I'm surprised you've got a certificate from the Better Business Bureau.
