"I generally like how their headphones sound although they are simply too heavy, but I really hate their customer service. I recently had to send my high-end headphones in for warranty repair and it was a feeling like them vanishing in to a black hole. They did not confirm when or if they received them and then later (after I had to inquire about the repair status), they said they would ship back to me on a certain day. They however did not actually ship them back until several days later and I had to inquire multiple times about it. Not really the experience I would expect from Audeze.
Further, they simply do not answer their phone and when emailing, it can take a business day or longer to get a reply. I feel like they purposely make it a real hassle to get warranty repair, which is really unfortunate since I will be very hesitant to purchase any Audeze headphones ever again because of this bad customer service. They also try not to take responsibility for their defects. In my case, they told me they didn't really find anything wrong with my headphone drivers (one channel was almost completely silent!) but they went ahead and replaced the drivers under warranty for me anyway. Seriously? They really need to do better.
I will never purchase another Audeze product ever again. "
