"Revised: I ordered two Phiaton MS530 wireless headphones. One worked and one was dead on arrival. After contact with Phiaton customer service the issue was resolved with a simple reset. The only special tool needed was a bent paper clip. Additionally, Greg Rice of Audio Geeks was also aware of my problem and offered his assistance to resolve the problem with my "dead" headphones if Phiaton was unable. I have high praise for both Phiaton's customer service and Audio Geeks concern. Maybe next time I'll read the complete manual and locate the system reset information myself.
