I called 4 days later they tell me my wheels are out of stock. Out of the 1000s of rims they advertise they send me 9 wheels they have in stock. I bought tires for these rims that are not coming now. Don't do business with these liars. Look at other reviews. "

"I purchased rims from them. After a week I called and asked if they had been shipped. After talking to several people they finally told me that one rim was damaged and they would have to have direct ship from the dealer. I waited another 2 weeks and no shipping notification. I called back only to be told that the rims were on back order for 2 to 3 months. No one ever called me to explain the situation to me and ask if I wanted to wait or not. Now 3 weeks wasted. Don't buy from this company."

"So, I ordered a set of 26's over the phone around 4-24-21and spoke with a salesperson the same day by the name of Brian ,I paid for the rim package in full. At this moment he was the best salesman in the world, until my payment transaction was completed. He explained that I will receive my complete rim/tire package within 7-10 business days, also I will get a tracking number via email within 3 days. After 3 days no tracking # I called back,now I can't reach the salesman, I spoke with customer service to learn that the rims are back order for at least a month, which could have been told up front. Then spoke with with a service manager which was helpful, but still no tracking #.
Moving forward, I called back a week later, spoke with customer service, which was helpful i thought, she explained the tracking # will be generated once they receive their shipping container. I okayed it,which I will receive my rims between 5-25-21, 5-30-21, however I check my bank account on 5-9-21, to see I have been issued a partial refund,because I paid from 2
accounts. Now only reason I can imagine why is this is because I called, complain and asked questions and salesman had to be the person to return my money. I've waited approximately 3 weeks to be dissatisfied. Not good salesmanship/ nor good business. Be cautious of the unforeseen issues. "

I was contacted by a nice young man named Derek who apologized and has made things right with all that is transpired doing business with them. I don't hold grudges. The guy told me 5 to 7 days, I finally got a tracking number and once I called the delivery people they told me that Audio city had not given them the wheels yet. The delivery people laughed and said that this always happen. I wish I would have checked the reviews first, before I ordered my wheels, now I am terrified at what I will actually get. I am going to try to stop payment since nothing has been shipped or even picked up yet.. "

"Took 3 times to purchase my wheels as both the previous sets I was buying turned out to not be available even though they told me they had them. Finally bought Giovanna Bagota rims and have had them for 3 months now paint coming off. I called twice without a call back, then spoke to Derek who was supposed to call back next day and it’s been 2 weeks. Called him today explained These are still under 1 year warranty however I’m being told they can only send me some touch up paint. What? I explained I will take the legal route if not rectified, and still ignored. Was then told I have to talk to Giovanna wheels and not audiocity. Once I asked what the process was for submitting a warranty claim I got nowhere and no response. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as they seem very fly by night and quick to take your order and money. Derek’s comment that I was on his list of people to call back says It all!!!! I will rectify through my credit card company or lawyer. Have 3 more vehicles to buy for and won’t be through them. I will tell everyone I know. STAY AWAY!!!!!"
"The tires are to narrow for the rim. Somebody don’t measure right. I have a email to AudioCity I will keep one star unless they fixed it. They will have to be sent back and done right. The tires are stretched way to far . UPDATE.... I talked with Derek and he said that I am wrong and my rims should have a one inch gap from the rim to tire. I found out that I never got pressure sensors on my car. He said look up how to set the sensors. I know how to set up the sensors on the benz. So WARNING if you want great customer service look up Extreme Whips I will never do business with this company!!!! I never leave reviews but this place will screw you out of your money. Then say it is all your fault for ordering the wrong rims. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THANKS DEREK FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!! You will see more one star reviews because they treat you like crap!!!!!"
