"I ordered an item on December 26th that was described as 'Available within 1-2 Business Days. The 'pending' charge appeared on my credit card, so payment was not a problem, and order confirmation emails came as expected. However, it has been one full calendar week, including 4 business days, and I have not heard a peep from audiogurus, even after I made an email inquiry to their customer service. I believe there are laws protecting consumers wherein if a company cannot deliver an item within the advertised time, they must show the item as backordered and cannot collect or encumber any funds until such time as they are able to complete the transaction. Audiogurus has been radio silent and asleep at the wheel. I would describe them as 'lights on, nobody home' during my first experience with them. "

After a week I called and the representative said the speakers should arrive from the warehouse in few days (that's after a week).. she said she will call the warehouse to see if it can be shipped directly to my house and she will get back to me by EOD, Never called...."

My project has been on hold for 7 days and will be for another 7 days. I would of gladly paid more money for the product from a different retailer to get it in a reasonable time.
What erks me is that there was no indication that product was "not in stock" or "on back order" before I purchased it. That's false advertising.

"The product they provided was perfect. The order had one glitch. My order was drop shipped from the manufacturer, and Audiogurus did not supply any shipping or tracking information, not even that the package had shipped or that it would be drop shipped. I called Audiogurus a week after I placed the order and at that time was told that it was back ordered and to expect shipping within the next week. I received the package from the manufacturer later the same day! Seems like a bit of work needs to be done to streamline communication. "
