"BEWARE - extremely low prices advertised, for merchandise not actually in stock and perhaps not available. I ordered from this site - items marked as in stock - I was shipped 1 out of 6 items ordered and told other items were in separate shipment. After waiting an additional two weeks, contacted merchant about non-receipt. Merchant acknowledged error and promised to ship in beginning of the next week. No shipment. Contacted and told merchandise delayed. Contacted again and another excuse. Asked for refund and received partial refund of balance without explanation. Disputed charge with credit card company."
"I have been shopping on Aunties Beads for years and never had any issues. They have a good selection, reasonable and competitive prices and fast shipping. If I ever did have an issue, they responded promptly and professionally. I will keep going back. "
"What ever 'savings' you benefit from, sooooo not worth the one months wait to get material. They say you get the 'discount pricing' because they don't have a warehouse, fine. But they must be shipping the material direct from China since it took a little over 30 days to get me the material, some of which the website said was 'in stock' - what ever that means. Items are 'pre-sale and you agree to pay in advance', so they have your money for a month before you get anything for it. I paid for material Sept. 7th and it shipped from them Aug 8th. I don't know why they couldn't send the three items that were In stock and ship the 'pre-sale' items afterward, but apparently that's how they do things.
The beads can be had from a number of other sources, unless you can wait at least a month for your material to start your project, and be out the money for 30 days, go elsewhere. God only knows what happens to your returns. I don't dare find out."
"When I was finally able to reach Auntie’s regarding items not received (two pieces from a $140+ order), Susie Henderson (owner?) OFFERED to have them sent to me AT NO CHARGE (HER choice) ASAP. When, after 3 weeks, the items had not arrived and I had not heard from Auntie’s, I tried (it took 3 days) to contact the company. When contact was finally made, Susie informed me that 1) the system would not allow her to order the items (then why did she offer to send them to me in the first place?) and 2) she could not send me any “more” free items (she had never sent any free items to begin with).
She accused me of trying to make her send me free merchandise.
Because I was upset that she had neither honored her word nor had the decency to let me know she was not going to do as she said, she accused me of being “ridiculous” and “blowing things out of proportion.” Apparently honesty and integrity are not a big deal with her.
She never acknowledged her offer to send me the missing items.
She never appeared to understand the issue at hand, instead focusing on what she seemed to perceive as my attempts to get something for nothing from her.
It was one of the most bizarre and insane transactions I have had.
I WILL NOT be doing any more shopping with Auntie’s and I will warn anyone I can about doing business with this company.

"Auntie's Beads is absolutely one of my favorite shops, all items are of excellent quality, never had to return anything. Also love their tutorial videos on You Tube with Karla Schaefer. I learned to do one of my best selling bracelets based on one of her videos. She's the best. I just ordered thier new tool called the 1-step looper. Can't wait to get as it will make my life so much easier and I'm sure alot of other jewelry's too who do alot of loops in their jewelry designs."
