"My order was placed, packed and given a consignment number on the same day. It went on a long journey to the other side of the world and arrived 10 days later in perfect condition. I was surprised to see it packed in clear (tough) plastic but it was completely undamaged and the rug also had protective caps (like shower caps) placed at both ends. AURugs communication was excellent and everything went smoothly...even in December.
