The online viewer is an amazing feature, and all online stores should have it. The likeness is amazingly accurate and gives you a good idea of what to expect.
Delivery has always been incredibly quick. From the US to Australia, I can't believe it took less than a week!
Don't expect it to be a top quality, thick pile rug - the rugs can run a little thin. But given the excellent prices and how often I have to replace my rugs (again, dogs), this has never been a concern for me.
