"Placed an order for a watch as an anniversary gift for my husband and was having it mailed to work. Because it was a different address they took extra security measures and said they sent a small $ amount to my card and I needed to verify it. The $ was never sent to my card, I could never verify it so they canceled my order!!! When I got back on to re order it and have it sent to the house to make things earier it was priced over $100 higher!!! I called to ask if they could honor the price I "attempted" to purchase it at a couple days prior since I actually put the order in and gave my card # thinking I was getting the purchase and they said no! Very poor customer service....oh yea they offered an extra year warranty for my trouble if I purchased something else. Will never order from them again!"
