"The watch wasnt showing as out of stock as i purchase it, and after a day of waiting, then i find out my order was cancel due to back order. Wasted my time, cause the watch was for someone who is leaving the country in 4 days.. that is why i was willing to pay extra for shipping to get the watch too. After i see the cancellation, i went to other place to get the watch and I was one day short, couldnt make it before that person's flight."

"Ordered late, shipped next day and arrived VERY quickly. Genuine Citizen AT eco-drive, new in box, never worn, had instructions, warranty, price tag, and about half a charge. Beware that AWS requires a signature for their deliveries and if you aren't home the carrier will not leave the package. Since I knew I wouldn't be home for any of the 3 delivery attempts I had UPS override and hold for pickup but YMMV as they were very reluctant."

Hi, the watch you sent back to us is not covered by our warranty, our warranty only covers the movement of the watch.
so if you ever buy a watch and have problem with it ,you are on your own.

"I placed my ordered on 5/12 early in the day, and the website stated that my watch was in stock and would ship that day. After placing the order, I received two order confirmation numbers (the website had placed two identical orders for the watch). I called to cancel one of the orders, which went okay, but the other order is not showing up on my order status and have not received any information about the watch shipping. If I had known that the watch would not ship that day like the website said, and had I known i would have to call them to deal with the order being placed twice, I would have shopped elsewhere. Now, 2 days later, I'm still waiting to see if my order is even going to ship or if it exists, since I don't see it on my account information order list."
