"I called several times about an inappropriate charge regarding shipping and it still has not been taken off of my account. The person I spoke to kept me on mute for several minutes without any explanation and did not answer my questions well. He was rude and not accommodating. He said I was all set but the shipping charge was not taken off of my account. I would never do business with them again and I would not recommend to my friends. "
