"I bought my husband a very expensive watch from Authentic Watch- upon opening the box we noticed the crown was broken off - we inquired from a department store that sold the same kind of brand regarding the crown, they told us the crown should not come out that far and certainly shouldn't fall out the way it did when we touched it. So we called Authentic Watch multiple times only to get a recording- we to waited 3 days before we got to speak to an actual person- then after that we had to send the watch back and were told our refund would be appear in our account if a few days- so there we were, no watch and no money back feeling very dissapointed. In the end UPS got the blame, even though the box that the watch came in had ABSOLUTELY no damage on it, it was a defective product from the factory to begin with.We got our money back and bought a nicer, nondefective, less eexpensive watch. Thank you for allowing this review.

I ordered a watch about 12 days ago. The shipping time was estimated between 5-7 days. After 8 days of "Processing" order status, I contacted the Authentic Watch Store to see when my order would ship. 3 days went by without a response and the order status did not change. On the 11th day I contacted the company a second time. On the 12th day I received a generic email (see message below) from the company stating that my order was cancelled due to high demand even though the watch was clearly in stock when I ordered. Do not do business with this company!

Overall, I was very happy but having a different shipping and billing address was a huge headache because you have to put your shipping address on file with your credit card in order to process it. They say you can you have different addresses if you use paypal, but that's not correct because it links back to the website. "
