"Very Dissatisfied with this watch company as they did not back up their products. The bezel on my dive watch is loose and does not remain in place and moves without being touch, very bad for divers who need to know minutes underwater! They refuse to replace the watch and it's only 2 weeks old. I don't know if they sent me a used watch, but it definitely should not be movable unless you physically move it yourself! Now I have to take it to a watch repair store and have them fix it which is going to cost more than the $12.00 they would only give me. This is why they are called a discount watch company. How ironic! Never again will I buy or recommend any of my family, friends and colleagues to this store. Good Riddance!!"

"The company shipped the watch very timely. However, the shipping requirements included a signature at point of destination. I travel constantly and during my absence a 1st, 2nd and final attempt to deliver was performed by UPS. After arriving home and finding the notification of the final attempt I had to travel almost 2 hours (one hour one way) to pick up the watch. If I would have had a choice I wouldn't have requested a signature to confirm delivery. "

"I was searching around the web to buy myself a new watch. Having looked at many I picked Bulova marine star #98H37. Now it was time to shop for best price possible. By comparison to all others Authentic Watch Store website had the best price. I placed my order on March 6th, the watch arrived via UPS on March 7th. AWS wasn't kidding when they say same day shipping. Email communication through out the one day process was better than expected by informing me of my purchase and delivery status. Upon receipt packaging was perfect, included was the invoice and owners manual. Out of the box, the watch is stunning! I couldn't be happier. UPDATE:
I contacted the Authentic Watch store again. They told me that they will have UPS pick up the watch from me and they will initiate a dispute with UPS as the watch may have been damaged during shipment. They told me that I will get a replacement watch after the dispute is resolved.
I don't see why I need to be without a watch until the case is resolved as I have already paid for the watch. Not Acceptable.

UPDATE: Initiated a claims dispute with Paypal. Paypal ruled in my favor and refunded me the money after I returned the watch at my expense. All in all, I lost $15 for shipping the watch back."

"My watch broke after two months. It just stopped keeping time as if the battery were dead - but it is an ecodrive. Also, the clasp did not lock tight enough and kept coming undone - not a good quality in a watch I paid over $300 for. I am currently attempting to send the watch in for repair. I called and they were willing to work with me to rectify the situation. I will be interested to see how the repair process goes. I will update this review after they fix it.

This store is a scam!!!! I've been getting the runaround all this time. I sent the watch back under their warranty. They have had it for almost three months now. The keep telling me "next week". What a joke. I am out $310 now and have no watch. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. I am getting my money back one way or another!"

"The watch arrived with a scratch on the face. When I finally got a hold of someone during their limited hours...they told me to take it to a watch repair store and it would probably be around $20 to fix and that I would receive a $20 store credit. I shopped around and the cheapest to fix it was $80. The other option was to send the watch back but I am reluctant to do that... what if the next watch they send me has an even worse scratch? I would spend the extra money and just buy from a store. At least then you know you are getting a quality product."
