"Whew, a lot of bad ratings! All I can say is that I had a very positive experience with this store. Ordered a Ranch Hand Legend bumper for my pickup and got a very competitive price. Shipping was about as fast as any thing I've ever ordered. This baby weighed 250 lbs and required a big truck company to deliver. Item was expertly packed and damage free. I was extremely pleased with the item and company."
"Ordered a part on 2/27/12, and credit card was billed. As of 3/13/12, I have had no update on the order. I cannot get a hold of the company at the number provided on my invoice or through their site email. In fact, they removed their phone number from their website now.
After investigating, I've found it's a very "fishy" setup of a flock of similar sites who may or may not actually sell parts, utilizing service from "Shopping Cart Elite."
Additionally, upon contacting Shopping Cart Elite, they've done everything they can to dodge me.

" I ordered a brushguard from this store thinking they had the lowest price, and it was...at first. Then I got a phone call 5 days after placing the order that "an additional $65 is needed to complete my order." It was my Christmas present, so I said ok.
On December 12, the order was still not sent so I called customer service. They informed me that another $20 was needed, but they couldn't give me a reason for what the money was for. This website is starting to sound like Internet Fraud, so avoid it at all costs. I am thoroughly displeased with the website and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. "
"Placed order on the 18th of Oct after numerous calls and angry emails finally got my order to be shipped (3 Nov)but that was only after threatening to cancel my order and report them for internet fraud. Only one guy can do any ordering and cancelling they have no communication with their warehouse. "Placed order on the 11th of Dec. They charged my account for the item. They did not ship the item until after Christmas. The item they sent was not the correct one for my needs. I requested a return # which I finally got. Returned the item and it was 3 weeks before they refunded my money after they recieved the item back,less restocking fee."
