"$25 per report, or $50 for 5 reports, but they must be used within 21 days. the single report price is outrageous, but if you try to reduce your per report cost by going with the bulk pack, you have to use them within 21 days. If you are in the used car market right now, you know there are VERY FEW decent used cars out there, and A LOT of junk. Greasy jerks buying wrecked cars from insurance auctions, replacing some fenders or doors (but not the airbags) and pushing it off as good. You have to filter through all of this crap. If you're halfway decent, you can spot the salvage cars, but it still takes time that AutoCheck does not give you. Screw them, just enter the VIN in Google, and see if it pops up on an auction site, most times it will, with pictures of the damage."
"Carfax and auto check stated that my vehicle was involved in an accident in a different county. Carfax conducted their investigation and stated that I was not involved in the accident and deleted the incident from my report auto check refused to investigate and stated that my vehicle wasn’t an accident when the state reports prove that I was not an accident it was not my vehicle auto check is the worst company you could possibly deal with they are horrible and I don’t know how they are still in business!
The worst Customer Service ever!!!!

"Does not give useful info at all. total waste of money"
"I’ll admit, I should have paid for CARFAX. I tried to save a few bucks. The reports are almost useless, they only show possible change of ownership and milage reports each time. No accident info or the main thing I was looking for- service records. No service records at all."
"So I entered my VIN and paid the fee. Then I clicked the blue link to read my report and get the error screen cannot generate a report, ask for a refund. So I click to chat with a representative. I tell them the issue. They say it is due to a maintence issue and it will take 10 mintues to send me a report. I said I would wait, and I am glad I did, they sent me some random report. When I questioned them about being compensated for this trouble I was assured I would not be. After getting my report, I brought it up getting compensated for my trouble again and the rep stated that he had already mentioned that I will be getting compensation in 3 business days. However, judging by this experience, I would be really surprised if it actually happened. "
"An auction could not read the odometer because they lost the keys therefore could not start the vehicle to read the odometer. So, instead of waiting until they found the keys, the auction went ahead and and ran it TMU. This was a vehicle that had less than 11,000 miles on it and was less than a year old. Tried to get autocheck to remove it and they said no. All documents given to autocheck verified what I just stated but they still refused. Additionally, They miss a lot of accidents on their report. They are in with the auctions. That is their only strength and we know how reliable the auction is at announcements. Stay away. "
"They acknowledged in writing an input error that cost me $500 in a re sale of the vehicle. They tried to lean on their terms and conditions but I was never a customer and never signed up for their service. Avoid this service at all cost. Poor quality and no accountability. "
"On multiple occasions I have found that CarFax has revealed accidents where AutoCheck showed none. It is a tool for unscrupulous dealers to inflate the value of their damaged vehicles. "
"These guys are so bad how are they in business? Idiots, no value add service. Numbers are wrong require moving a mountain to correct them"
"I regret I used Autocheck. Next time I will definitely use another service. Thanks God there is a competition on this market and other services are available.
I paid twice for my subscription of 20 reports. Every time I requested the report, system asked me to pay again (despite that I already paid for that). Once I made a mistake. I forgot my password and then found that the website password system doesn't work at all. When I press button to recover password the system doesn't send me an email.
I contacted customer support to recover access to my account because it was paid for. Customer support lied that I represent a business (while I represent myself only, I don't have any business). Then they locked my account completely, money never returned. At this moment, no answers to my repeated requests.
Don't trust your money to this scam company.

"I purchased a vehicle the report I received says no accidents on record. I went to trade it in I get denied saying my vehicle has been in a major accident where airbags was deployed a year + before I purchased the vehicle. I've constantly having electrical problems with the vehicle. Lights and fuses going out while driving. This company is doing anything not to honor it. They are telling me the vehicle has to be salvaged for the to buy it back. Now I'm stuck with a dangerous vehicle in which I've put over 20,000 into to transport my family in because I trusted this company's report and buyback protection plan."
"It literally provides the same information you can gather on the free websites. The website made it appear as if there was additional information by creating an account, however, once receiving the payment, they simply provided the same exact information you can get for free! I tried expressing my concerns with customer service, they brushed it off and sent me the fine print. Such a rip off! "
"Please cancel my review as company is not a retailer. I'll post the review elsewhere. Thanks!"
"I made a advance to a dealer for user car and it had clean carfax, but in one site autocheck mentioned the car has title issues so just to be sure paid for a single report to autocheck and then the full report shows no issues. This is misrepresentation and bait catch from clients. Not done autocheck pls issue the refund immediately. I have screenshots to prove this. "
