"They charge extreme amounts for shipping and if you need to return their products the return shipping cost is paid by the customer along with a 20% restocking fee. I was a victim of these policies, never again."
"I placed an order on April 28, 2024. They immediately confirmed the order and collected my money. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with them as my order still reads "waiting for fullfilment''. They claim 48 hour shipping, yet have not even even sent it yet after 2 weeks. Their phone mumber just goes to an answering service that tells you to go to email to contact them. So, I did and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. They ignored that email. I had ordered from them a few years ago, with great results. I have now learned that the company was sold and the new ownership does not even know what customer service is. Do not order anything from them. They are not anyone to do business with!"
"First time purchasing from AG and had a extremely horrible experience. The Carpro Reset bottle I received had no production date on the bottom, Grit Guard insert had no retail packaging and the GYEON Mohs Evo I received was missing a few contents (verified with GYEON via email).
It is really bizarre that AG would tamper with retail packaging of products. I suspect they are either trying to clear out old inventory hence removing production date stickers or they are selling returned products.
Anyhow this will be my first and last time purchasing from them."

Now I have cross hatch streaks on my windows. No customer support or even a reply. They should be put out of business. Don’t waste your $s. "
"I had to return a defective product they sent me so they gave me a credit. I followed their instructions on using my credit on my next order. They charged me full price without giving me the credit. When I asked, Michael lied and said they did give me the credit. After I protested, he admitted that they gave my credit to someone else! Now I have to wait another month for it to show up on my credit card statement. Consumer fraud and very sloppy record keeping. Don't trust them."

"Have used Autogeek.com quite a bit. I recently made a fairly large purchase on one of their sales. To my happy surprise my cart had a number of little free items and such. The item had no purchase requirements, just were available. I assumed that I met a dollar amount. I saw my order shipped and all but one was cancelled. I was annoyed and was wondering why. I was informed that the items were contingent on some other purchases. That was not listed and they were readily clickable when my purchase was made. This is very deceptive business practices. This is not the way free items were presented. I was lied to. First time Autogeek has been deceptive. There are many other places to purchase on the web, be careful and take screenshots to hold them accountable. They lied to me, so I am sure I am not the only one. Too bad
*UPDATE* They have called me and resolved the issue and will have a web team look into why the site put free items in my cart, that technically should not have qualified to be there in the first place. I received a form letter email which annoyed me.. but text has no inference. I had an actual conversation and my faith with Autogeek has been restored."
"I received two orders a week apart, both left in the rain and saturated even though there was a sheltered option. When I called to complain that you couldn't pick up the box without it falling apart I was told by two representatives that I didn't pay for shipping. OK what's your point."
"Auto Geek recently went the extra mile for me. My shipment was partially damaged when USPS crushed the box while it was enroute to Hawaii, but Auto Geek sent out a replacement product right away at no extra charge. I've been buying from them for years and have not had any problems. Auto Geek is a reputable company. "
"I ordered the CQuartz Ceramic Pro kit along with extra suede microfiber towels and reset shampoo for my 2014 VW Tiguan. I was really happy with how it turned out and decided to place another order for the reload spray which I had forgotten to order previously. When my order for the spray arrived, the bottle lid was screwed on slightly crooked so some of the bottle leaked into the packaging which is no big deal as I understand that mistakes happen. I immediately called customer service and explained the issue and they said they'd send out a new 500ml bottle to me. When I asked how I go about sending the other one back, the gentleman said not to worry about it and use what can be salvaged from the bottle until my new bottle arrived. Not only am I happy with that outcome, but my new bottle was shipped out the very next day. My business partner and I plan to add ceramic coating to our list of services and will be using AutoGeek to fulfill our future material orders. "
"Paid for next day air. Received tracking number the full business day after placing the order (clearly no hurry on their end). Tracking number could not be located by FedEx. Call AutoGeek. Their response "We technically fulfilled our responsibility by getting it to Fedex the next day". Order would not arrive until 4 days after placing order. I cancelled the order for a full refund. Will never order from them again."
