"For a company that constantly talks about how good their customer service is I can tell you from my first experience trying to get an issue resolved that they may believe their own hype but I sure don't.

I purchased a Rupes LHR 75E Deluxe Kit with extra-long cord (Their HD Option) and it arrived while I was out of town for work.

I only ended up using it once since I received it and noticed I didn't receive the one with the longer cord (which I had ordered). When I called AutoGeek Customer Service I was told It's not possible to return it for the correct one with the longer cord (which I had ordered) and there was no way to get the long cord installed and I could just get a $40 credit for the cord.

The whole reason I purchased the item from AutoGeek is because they sold the Rupes Polishers with the extra long cord (so I didn't need an extension cord).

Be very care when trying to return the item as they will give you an RMA# without any problem but when you read the fine print (which comes with your RMA#) you will see that if there is any mark on the original box they will charge you a 20% restocking fee along with an additional charge for the original shipping (if you received discounted or free shipping) against any credit you may have.

Buyer beware you have been warned.

I have been using GRIOT's polishers for over 10 years and can tell you hands down GRIOT's Customer Service blows Autogeek out of the park. I had a GRIOT's polisher go bad after a couple of years and GRIOT's replaced it on the spot no questions asked.

All I wanted from AutoGeek was to get the original long cord I had ordered and they weren't even willing to help me. I was willing to pay to ship it back.

I'm not sure where they're getting their definition of Customer Service but I can tell you I'm looking for a better vendor to purchase any future RUPES polishers.
