was not supposed to be charged until my order was shipped, never got a tracking number but was charged the next day after the order, after several attempts to get some shipping information I fianlly asked them to cancel the order. another week went by and I had to contact the local police department, I finally recieved a call and was refunced all but 27.00 which I was told was a restocking fee. this was never disclosed.. I was alsoinformed that the local police are looking into the company since they have had several complaints.. now I'm waiting for the credit card company to complete there process.sss I was also theatend with a lawsuit and a lean against my home.. Stay far away from this company"
"Ordered laptop stand online on October 18th, 2008. Amount of $142.71 was debited from my checking account on 10/20/08. Scheduled delivery on 10/28/08. On 10/28/08 contacted UPS shipping service, they stated they had not been advised to pick it up. Called Autolaplink, was told it could be shipped again by morning. Told them no, want refund instead. Was told to call back on 10/29/08 because the person who does the refunds had left fo the day. Called back on 10/29/08 around lunch time, was told she hasn't come in yet. Called again same day in the afternoon, spoke with Mary again, she said she would check on it and call back by the end of the day. She did not call back. Called the company again on 10/30/08. Mary stated the lady that does the refunds was still not in. To check back next day. Called company again on 10/31/08. Asked Mary to be honest about whether I would be recieving a refund, she asked me to hold on the phone to speak to her husband. The husband came on the phone and told me they had now shipped it. I said I want a refund like I requested 3 days ago, not a shipment. He said I must not understand since I am a "hillbilly" and that if I called anymore he would send his brother to my home to kick my a** since his brother lives in the same town as I do. The package came finally and was just as expected, junk. Can't send back since I will not get a refund, and if sent back they will just sell it to another unsuspecting victim. There are several complaints online with this company, they have changed there names several times."

Then I waited a few days for a tracking number and nothing came, so I decided to call.
They gave me my order number 01013182 supposely on "DHL" and the DHL page showed. "Shipping Information received.
After 15 days it was still showing the same status, so I decided to call them to find out why it was taking so long to process my shipment. They stated that my mount was missing some parts and that it actually was called back. What a bunch of BS since it never was received by DHL, but they did not hesitate to charge my credit card. Horrible customer service. They do sell for cheap, but I guess that is what you get when you look for a reasonable price. I will never buy from them again. I should have read other postings where they get horrible reviews.

"Did not receive in a timely manner. Was told that the owners of the company had been in a terrible auto accident. Finally it was sent to me. It did not include the strap or the rosette knobs. I was sent a metal tray instead of the plexiglass I ordered. The holes on the uni-bracket for slanted seats are too small. It is impossible to get this company to respond. I would just as soon send this back but can't get any response from the company. When you call all you get is an answering machine. They only call you back if you are a prospective customer, not one with problems."
"Do not be fooled by this company's web site, it seems very professional at first glance, however that is not the case.
It took over three weeks to receive the laptop stand, it was missing parts (strap to hold laptop).
Second, the product itself is poorly designed, very unstable and would have to be extensively modified to be usable.
Third, be wary of the return policy you must make a claim within seven days and there is a restocking fee. Bad buisness policy for an online retailer it should have been my red flag."

"Below is the narrative portion of an email I received from the Better Business Bureau concerning my customer service complaint I filed for excessive charges that I paid from this company. Be careful on buying from this company and pray you dont ever need a refund of any type. Not only is this company dishonest but the reason I made a complaint was my order was not complete. So much for paying extra for overnight shipping. This company sucks and they obviously dont care because they didnt even respond to the Better Business Bureau request for their side of the story. "HORRIBLE PRODUCT, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid this company and thier junk laptop stands at all costs!
They should spend as much money on thier product's design and fabrication, and thier customer service as they do on thier flashy web-site. This product is an absolute LEMON. It took 6 weeks to get the product with thier promise of "next-day shipping" And then there was NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, had to look up on internet. Also NO RECEIPT or paperwork of any kind with it. The stand is cheaply made, unstable and NOT a universal fit. The elastic band that came with it looks like somebody's underwear elastic band with STAPLES holding it together!! (YES, STAPLES!!! they are too crappy to even sew the thing together). Bottom line IT STINKS!!"
"This product does not work, and is a total waste of time and money.
They shipped a metal laptop platform which weights over 3 lbs, not the advertised plexiglass. Got them to exchange for a plexiglass platform which weights 1 3/4 lbs

Forget the quick mount (5 min mount in any car) that is held on by tightening one screw. Stand wobbles 3 to 4 inches, and will fall over.
Got the "Ford Truck mount" and it would not fit my GMC. Made my own bracket just to hold their bracket. Stand wobbles all over, and hits the dash.
The 3 adjustable arms are held with 1/4 inch screws with star lock washers. They easily collapse without warning. They warn you not to "overtighten" the screws!
I have spend 3 days trying different ways to stablize this product. I still have not been able to trust it with my laptop.
