Tried calling 3 different times each time was on hold for over 35 minutes. Finally wrote the website for returning the part and still have not heard anything. Got acknowledgement they received my return request. I first contacted a day after I received it .it is now 2 weeks later and nothing. Not going to advise anyone to use this parts service.

"Purchased parts online from parts.subaru.com and received a discount on the list price. Parts were ready to go after I received the email. Be aware that they only process online orders before 4pm. Another order was backordered until the new year and they were very helpful about canceling it."
