After call customer numerous times and leaving voicemails I finally got a return phone call stating they cannot find my order. So I forwarded them my confirmation email and though I have still yet to receive an email stating my package has been shipped I received an email thanking me for my purchase and asking me to rate the company. At this point I am very dissatisfied and hope I can cancel the order or get free overnight shipping due to the horrible response time!!!"
