"Everything was great with my order of Moog front and rear lower coil spring insulators. They only had one set in stock which they shipped USPS 1st class right away and the notified me right away that they would have to get the other set from Moog if i still wanted them. Shipping was included in the initial order. It didn't take long for those to come either. The entire shipping charge was $9 and it was stated as FedEx but USPS 1st class was just as fast and i was completely happy with the lower expense shipping as the overall price of the order was still a very good price. Rockauto was around the same price for the parts but they wanted $20 shipping. AutoPartsExpress.com was fast at communicating what i wanted to do about the set of insulators not in stock. I was surprised how fast i got the set they had to get from Moog.
Overall, i am very happy how the order turned out and i will be checking with them anytime i need auto parts. "
"DO NOT ORDER FROM AUTO PARTS EXPRESS.COM I placed a $1000.00 order on-line at AutoPartsExpress.com and they immediately cancelled my order! I had to wait one week to get my refund! I've checked their website since, everything I ordered is still in stock! These deadbeats are still selling on ebay so I know their still in business! I'd suggest you think twice before you buy parts from these idiots! I also lost $50.00 as the Monroe Shock rebate expired the day after I placed this order. I've e-mailed these jokers several times, but never receive a response! I've also tried calling, all you get is a recording! "
"When I purchased a part they delivered fast. But when I had an issue that was a manufacture issue I found out that they do not have a person that answers the phone. It is always email. They would not make good because it was after one year. Even though the part specifies limited lifetime warranty for manufacture defects. The pushed me to the manufacture and the manufacture stated that they will warranty it through Auto Parts Express. Auto Parts Express will not support it. I would not recommend that any one buy from these guys. On the surface they look honest but if you have any issues they do not step up."
"Please do not publish this response because it doesn't really apply to the situation. They listed two of the item I wanted in their inventory, but the inventory was not current. They no longer had the item. I had to wait until I received a remaining partial shipment to find out that my item was not included, and then had to contact them to find out that it was on back order. I was given no estimate of when it would be available."

"Deceptive and Unclear web page. Seems they have the same part number for 2 different parts so Company sent the wrong part.Web page would show and error message when trying to click on an image of the part plus they mix dissimilar parts on the same page to add to the confusion--maybe on purpose? Calls to correct were met with a recorded message and referral to email any concerns giving the impression of a "shoestring" organization with an absence in customer concern. Seems they make it impossible to talk directly to a real person.
Receipt was crumbled in a ball with no company name or phone number or instructions in case of a problem with the order showing again a lack of concern about customer satisfaction.
Now I am left with the unnecessary chore of hasteling with their email system;(if and when they decide to return the message left) And still I do not have the part I need for my car."
