"Communication was horrible. I had trouble getting information about my order. After attempting to contact 3 separate times I finally got someone to respond and give me an update on my order. And I honestly believe contacting them is what got my order process jump started. As soon as I place my order the statue went to 'VERIFICATION'. And that is where it stayed until I was able to speak to somebody. Then it went to 'SHIPPED'. So I finally received my part and to their credit it is a factory OEM part. Unfortunately, despite being in bubble wrap my part has a big scratch on it. Since it's going on a 18 year old car I'm not going to lose any sleep but still very disappointing. "
