"On August 7, 2023 I purchased 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan Disc Brake Kit -Front and Rear Transit Auto (Transit Auto part # KDF-100296) at a cost of $468.78, which failed less in than a year. AutoPartsWay advised that the parts failed in less than a year because of a “jammed caliper”, despite wear showing on all four rotors. I provided an independent service order indicating that the brakes, were in need of replacement and all calipers were moving freely. AutoPartsWay would not warranty, wouldn't even respond to this clear evidence to the contrary. Waste of money. Terrible organization.

Some of the negative reviews I see are due to a shortage of auto parts in the past 3 years or so due to the plandemic, it's not Autopartsway's fault. I waited a couple of months before filling out this review on purpose as to make sure the rotors I ordered held well. Word of caution to other clients like myself, there are many counterfeit car parts on Amazon, Ebay.
