Time became a concern so I had to buy the same part locally with bolts included. Before buying the extra part I read the return policy for AutoPartsWay and was confident I could return their part. When I described the situation to customer service they also agreed to pay for shipping the part back to the warehouse.

"I tried a window regulator repair kit from an offshore company a year or so ago. It consisted of some cables and nylon wheels and a spool. A few hours to install it and in about 6 months it was a birds nest of cables.

Diameters, lengths, and shape were wrong on 2 of them, and I ordered the wrong water pump. followed directions to return them, they replied saying I needed to send photos. returned email with photos, and that was the last I heard from them, no response. They have to send you a shipping lable, nothing. They stall to wait out the 15 day return policy is what I believe. Never again autopartsway, you have zero credibility. scam"
