It took me over a week constantly emailing and calling, just to find out something that was "in stock" on their website would never come to my house. I have a feeling that if I never reached out, they would have just kept my money. There area much better retailers that I will prefer going to, like Raptor Racing, or Summit Racing.

"I’ve ordered numerous parts before from these guys. But this last time wasn’t a nightmare. I ordered the wrong part within 20 min of me ordering the part i realized it was wrong and I spent 2 hrs trying to get a hold of someone to cancel it , well that didn’t happen , and by the time someone finally got back to me it was to late. So then the address del was wrong then it was held at UPS , then I was told it’d be at a ups store for pick up , never happen then it showed up at my door 5 days after the originally was support to deliver. Now I have the part , have to pay RETURN SHIPPING and have to PAY a RESTOCKING FEE. That’s gouging the customer in my mind . I’ll be hard pressed to buy from Autopartsway ever AGAIN. "
