"I received the CORRECT item on 03/13, I bought the Item it on 01/20. First one shipped was a hose that was cut and had the Gates Tag TAPED on it. It was described as 24 1/2" long. The cut one I received was 11" long. It said there was 2 in stock, I would think IF there WAS 2 in stock, and there was that much difference between them, SOMEONE would of check before sending the wrong one. Communication was GOOD when I contacted them, But the communications between the departments there was NULL and VOID. Everytime I called they said it was SUPPOSE to have been reshipped and they would check why it wasn't, then they could not get hold of the shipping dept,BUT IT WAS NOT until the 3rd call. I FINELY I got a tracking number a couple days later and received the CORRECT Hose on 03/13, that was the one THEY described in their Auction. After 3 or 4 calls and Broken Promises, they DID made it RIGHT. They would be a FANTASTIC Company if their people were trained?? OR MAYBE just took the time to make sure orders were filled Properly. I would still BUY FROM them again, BECAUSE THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT in the End, Robert "

Even though Walker is a U.S. company, the pipe said "Made in Sweden" (like the car). It took a couple of days for the part to ship (from the Bronx, NY), but it got here in about five business days."
