"Some trouble with the website but great customer service."

"I ordered 5 items from them, one of the items had a quantity of 2, they only shipped one. It took 3 phone calls to customer service to resolve. First call they said they would expedite shipping and get it out to me and apologized for the error. Days go buy and no part so I call a 2nd. time and know they say it is on its way and it will be overnight shipped to me. 2 days later no part, this item is crucial to the entire order being assembled on vehicle.
Still no item so 2 days later phone call number 3 and this time they say there was a problem with the order and it will be over nighted to me, this call was on a Monday so today Thursday my "over night" shipment arrived. Four days to overnight an item? The package by the way was tagged "Economy Shipping" This company is a joke to work with and needs to seriously pull their heads out in regards to shipping and lies to the customer. I will NEVER do business with them again! "
