"I ordered a locking gas cap for a the advertised price of $19.73 and received the order confirmation.

The next day I received an e-mail saying the following "Due to an error in our catalog made during the last update >> the price for the v was incorrect. The actual price >> for the item is $28.35"

My reply was "This is outrageous. You should do the right thing and sell it for the price it was advertised on your website".

It's my feeling that they should have honored the advertised price. This kind of price change after the transaction has the feel of bait an switch.

I would beware of this vendor."

"I ordered some floor mats and a cargo cover. They sent prompt emails telling me the status of the orders, and prompt emails telling me when the items shipped. They included the FedEx tracking numbers so I could follow the packages. The products were exactly as advertised, no gimmicks, and less than I'd pay from my local Honda dealer. I'd use AutoWebAccessories again. They were low cost, efficient, and fine to deal with."
