"Wir mussten sehr lange im Flughafen warten bis der Autovermieter kamm.
Die hatten nicht mal ein büro im Flughafen Und bevor wir das auto mieten wollten haben wir ihn voll versichert mit Check24, aber als wir das auto bekammen mussten wir die versicherung nochmal in bar bezahlen obwohl wir schon bezahlt hatten.
Als wir das Auto bekammen war der Tank schon leer und wir mussten ihn wieder auftanken.
Das Auto war sehr Dreckig und voller Flecken.
Die abgabe des mietwagen war auch dann ganz wo anders.
Das war sehr schlimm für uns weil wir die stadt eigentlich nicht kannten.
Und der Service war auch sehr schlecht.

"Hired a car in Sardinia through Autoeurope. On arrival we were refused a car by the local company Firefly because my husband as the named driver had no credit card. The fact that I had a credit card did not count and they would not swap drivers.

Firefly would not refund us the money because they said Autoeurope had not paid them. Autoeurope would not refund the money because they said they had paid Firefly.

Where does this leave us - out of pocket for the original payment and the subsequence payment to another car hire company. Will never touch this company again. I should have read the bad reviews I am now seeing all over the internet - lesson learnt."
