"Email customer service 3/22/2019 inquiring if a tool was in stock, told it was and could have in 2-3 days if order that day on line. ordered via auto tool world's website, credit card charged that day. Emailed almost daily for updates and tracking on day 3 on. continuously told it's ship next day, the vendor has changed their shipping operations. etc etc etc etc. it's 4/12/2019.. no part, no response from Auto Tool World customer support since 4/9/19. they refuse to answer phone numbers on website. Horrid horrid customer service. Will not order from again and have instructed our other 50 locations to avoid Auto Tool World as well. "
