"Wow, they charged my credit card real fast. They said item shipped but left no tracking info. I asked for tracking over and over again and only got generic answers like “looking for tracking now”. I finally told them either give me tracking or i will dispute the charge. To that they told me that the order is now cancelled, and I have been refunded. Really? So the item never shipped in the first place. I checked and sure enough the money was not refunded. So basically they helped themselves to my money, and decided to lie to me and play games. How is this theft site legal??? This is so wrong. It’s outright theft with no regard whatsoever. The positive reviews on here are clearly from ATW themselves. "
