"I ordered four pieces and received one shipped on time. When I contacted them they told me the last three were back ordered and would ship in 3 days. It has been two months now and I had to contact them again since we never received our order. He said the manufacturer would be shipping them next week. They never contacted me to let me know that some were on back order and they never let me know the last three times were not shipping. I had to keep emailing them and I still haven't seen my order that has already been paid for two months ago. I will not order anything from them again. "

"I ordered 2 Gearwrench combination wrenches of different sizes and 2 identical sockets. That same day I get an email saying my complete order has shipped with a tracking number. 2 days later I get a package, but it only contained 1 combination wrench. but a packing list for all 4 items. I emailed them explaining what happened and they responded saying the rest will ship tomorrow. 3 days later I get another package, this one contained the other wrench, but still no sockets. Again I emailed them telling them that I still haven't received my entire order. I heard nothing for almost a week, then I got an email asking me to review all of the items that I purchased. I replied that I can't review the sockets because they never sent them and asked when I will get them. That has been 3 days ago and still no reply.
